CT on Training

A good article by Christian Thibaudeau on his bodybuilding philosophy.
Cliffs:
- Pumping is useful
- Don’t destroy the arms
- Keep high threshold work in your regimen.
- Train everything twice a week.
I don’t currently bodybuild but if I did, this is how I’d do it.
